Privacy Policy
Playtest AI builds autonomous agents that play online games and file what broke. This policy describes what we collect on this website and what a studio shares when it asks for a run.
Who we are
Playtest AI is an independent studio in Los Angeles. Questions about this policy go to contact@getplaytest.ai.
What this website collects
The marketing site does not ask you to create an account. If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that message: your address, your name if you include it, and the description of your game.
- Contact details you send us, including messages to contact@getplaytest.ai.
- Basic server logs such as browser type and the page requested, used to keep the site available.
- Cookie preferences described in the Cookie Policy, if you have set them in the browser.
Material from a playtest
A demo or a paid run may include a game build, account credentials you choose to provide, telemetry, and clips the agents capture. That material is used to play the build, file findings, and show coverage. We do not sell it, and we do not use your unreleased game to train a public model.
- Builds and credentials are limited to the people and agents running the agreed sessions.
- Clips and repro notes are kept so your team can review the finding, then deleted on the schedule we agree in writing.
- You can ask us to delete a build or a session archive by emailing the address above.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not buy marketing lists. We do not require a player account on this website.
How long we keep it
Sales emails are kept while a conversation is active and for a short archive after it ends. Playtest material follows the retention period in the statement of work, or is removed when you ask, unless we must keep a copy for a legal claim.
Sharing
We share information with infrastructure providers who host sessions and mail, under contracts that limit their use, and when the law requires it. We do not give your build to another studio.
